Installio have been a really excellent team. Their survey work was first-class; they immediately picked up all the potential issues about installing a heat pump in the slightly unorthodox layout of our house, and devised solutions to them very quickly. The installation itself was very smooth.
Installio fitted a Vaillant aroTherm 7 kW last February to replace an oil boiler in my 3 bed bungalow originally built in 1930s with 60's and noughties extensions with an electric Aga which pushes out 28 kW of heat a day in to the kitchen and living room to further complicate the design, and sizing.
